Governs Aurum's own website visitors and customers — the businesses buying data packs — not the underlying leads contained in the packs. That is covered separately in the Data Source Disclosure.

Aurum ("Aurum," "we," "us," or "our") operates aurumdatapacks.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about visitors to the Site and customers who purchase data products from us.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide directly: name, email, billing address, company name, and payment information when you create an account, request a quote, or purchase a data pack.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor (Shopify Payments and/or its partners). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: process and fulfill orders and deliver digital data packs; communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests; send marketing communications where you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); improve and secure the Site; and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell the personal information of our Site visitors or customers to third parties. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders (e.g., Shopify, our email/SMS marketing platform, payment processors); and legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Note: this section is about people who visit/buy from the Aurum store. It is separate from the fact that Aurum's products — the data packs themselves — contain personal information about third-party consumers. That is addressed in our Data Source Disclosure.
