This page explains where the consumer information in Aurum Data Packs comes from, what consent was obtained at the point of collection, and what that means for your responsibilities as a buyer.

How Leads Are Collected

The consumer information contained in Aurum Data Packs is collected through digital advertising campaigns (including Meta/Facebook and Instagram ads) that direct interested consumers to a landing page and intake form. Consumers who complete the form actively submit their own information (such as name, contact information, and answers to qualifying questions relevant to the applicable industry vertical — e.g., home-buying timeline, insurance needs, loan interest, or solar interest).

Consent Captured at Collection

At the point of submission, consumers are shown a clear disclosure describing that: their information may be shared with third-party businesses in the relevant industry (e.g., real estate agents, mortgage lenders, insurance agents, financial advisors, or solar companies) for the purpose of contacting them about products or services they expressed interest in; and they may be contacted by phone, text, or email, including by automated or prerecorded means. Consumers must affirmatively opt in (no pre-checked boxes) to proceed. Aurum retains timestamped records of the consent language, form version, and submission details (including IP address) presented to each consumer at the time of collection, and can produce this documentation on request in the event of a dispute.

What This Means for You as a Buyer

Consent is captured for the general categories of contact and industries described above — it is not unlimited. Before contacting anyone in a Data Pack, you should independently confirm that your intended contact method and message are consistent with the consent disclosed here, and that you maintain your own compliance program, including honoring opt-out/do-not-contact requests directed to you, screening against the National Do Not Call Registry and any applicable state registries, and complying with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any industry-specific rules that apply to your business. Aurum is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, your outreach to individuals in a Data Pack.

Data Freshness and Accuracy

Data Packs reflect information as submitted by consumers at the time of collection. Aurum does not independently verify every field and does not guarantee that contact information remains current at the time you receive the Data Pack.

Opt-Out Requests

If a consumer contacts Aurum directly to request removal from future Data Packs, we will honor that request going forward. Consumers may submit removal requests to support@aurumdatapacks.com. This does not retroactively affect Data Packs already delivered to buyers, who remain responsible for honoring any opt-out request made directly to them.
